Q: Can I change my PreSet Reports in the Shipment Reporting screen?
A: Yes, simply click on the "Edit User Profile" link on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. This will open an "Edit User Profile" window, choose any four preset reports, click on the change button, when this has been done, click on the close button. When the Shipment Reporting screen reloads it will display your new selections.
Q: I am having trouble printing my shipment reporting screen, why?
A: You probably do not have your browser print option set correctly, click on the Help link on the bottom right-hand side of your Shipment Reporting screen, and scroll to the bottom of the Help screen to obtain setup information.
